Thanks for the comment Br. Hamza. You can get the photos from any stock photo website like http://www.istockphoto.com or http://www.shutterstock.com etc. It all depends on how much money you want to spend for the photos.

[Note from Iman: You can try bartering services. In your case, if it's books, instead of paying someone by money, you can give them free books, etc. Another way to reduce work could be to automate as much as possible. For ex. If someone is interested in purchasing a book, instead of them e-mailing you, they are forwarded to PayPal directly. I'm not sure if you already have things like this in place.]
